Plan for scale
Make decisions that will still work as the product, customer base, and team grow. Fix short-term constraints without making them permanent.
Do the work
Take on necessary work, including work outside your usual scope. Learn what you need, document it, and share it with the team.
Be direct
Say what you think, explain why, and invite disagreement. Give useful feedback early and change your view when the evidence does.
Talk to customers
Use customer conversations and product evidence to settle questions. When a workflow is unclear, speak with the people doing the work.
